Meet Alison Urbanek, Gluten-Free Expert
Alison is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® and believes proper GI function is the key to a sharp mind. After losing both her parents to Alzheimer’s disease she became a specialist in analyzing the root cause of GI dysfunction and inflammation and their effects on brain health. She’s the owner of Early Byrd Wellness, working one on one and in community groups with her clients. She’s been studying Holistic Nutrition for over 10 years; she holds a Certification in Holistic Nutrition from the Energetic Health Institute and attained her national board certification in 2018. In addition, she is certified as a brain health coach, cleansing and fasting specialist, and holds an AS in Culinary Arts and a BS in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. Alison is the developer of the Menu Matrix Plan, a 30- day dietary challenge structured to achieve a metabolic reset of the body. She is currently working on an additional nutritional program focusing on food and lifestyle as the foundational steps to a sharp mind.
